Program: TechBee – Early Career Program

Location: Across India (with global extension in Australia, Canada, Sri Lanka, etc.)

Qualification: Class XII pass (any stream), ≥60% overall; Maths/Biz Maths required for tech roles

Experience: Freshers welcome – no degree needed

Training Duration: 12 months (6 months classroom + 6 months on-the-job)

Compensation: • ₹10,000/month stipend during training
• Approx. ₹2.2 LPA on joining full-time

TechBee is a hybrid learning & earning initiative: candidates receive 12-month training in IT support, software engineering, testing, infrastructure, cloud, and digital process roles, then join HCLTech full time, with optional part-time higher education from institutions like BITS Pilani, IIIT, SASTRA, Amity, etc.

  • IT Services Executive (software, testing, support, infrastructure)
  • Digital Process Support (IT support, service desk)
  • On-the-job contribution to global client projects

✅ Skills & Eligibility

  • Class XII pass (2023–2025), ≥60% aggregate
  • Mathematics or Business Mathematics ≥60% for tech roles
  • No graduation degree required
