Cornerstone OnDemand is hiring full-time Associate Software Engineers to join their agile team responsible for developing secure and scalable enterprise e-learning applications. Technologies involved include .NET, ReactJS, Kafka, SQL, Angular, and more.

📝 Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop core product features on the enterprise SaaS platform
  • Write clean, testable, and maintainable code
  • Work with QA for robust testing and quality releases
  • Design software with scalability and performance in mind
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Cloud Ops, QA, and Support
  • Mentor and share technical knowledge with team members

✅ Skills Required

  • Proficient in ASP.NET, MVC, Web API, and .NET Core
  • Strong front-end knowledge: ReactJS, AngularJS, JavaScript, jQuery
  • Database: MS SQL Server (2017+), knowledge of MongoDB/Cassandra is a plus
  • Familiar with Kafka or event-streaming tools
  • Excellent problem-solving and OOP skills
  • Agile development experience and good communication skills
